SD Productions provides video production, photography, and live streaming services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and requirements
• Ensuring access to filming locations
• Obtaining necessary permissions and releases

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables. SD Productions retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

SD Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
